Stacy Lynn is an internationally trained Yoga Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Sports Medicine Specialist, and Holistic Health Educator. She has a bachelor’s degree in Health/ Physical Education and Athletic Training and received her master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and Performance Enhancement/Injury Prevention.
Stacy is the founder of Empower Yoga Project, a service created to address the needs of populations and individuals who suffer from addiction/dependency, depression/anxiety, and PTSD/trauma/stress. She is also the owner of a holistic fitness and wellness company, Enlightened Fitness LLC, located in Centerville, Ohio.
She has been serving the Dayton area with Mind/Body healing practices for over 15 years. She spent ten years as a certified and licensed Athletic Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist with NASM, Speed and Agility Specialist with NASE, and group fitness instructor with ACE. She an experienced/ registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance and a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists. Stacy earned certifications in and is credentialed as: Yoga of the Heart for Cardiac and Cancer Care Teacher, Stress Management Specialist, Adapted Yoga Instructor, Yoga of Recovery Counselor, LifeForce Yoga Practitioner, Warriors at Ease Teacher for Military Populations, Prison Yoga Project Teacher, Trauma Yoga Specialist, Laughter Yoga Leader, and Level III Reiki Master. Additionally, she completed the Plant-Based Nutrition Certification through Cornell University and the Campbell Foundation / Forks Over Knives.
