A professional swimmer in her childhood and teen years, fitness and dance enthusiast afterwards, she never believed she would become a yoga teacher! Stanislava found in the Ashtaga Yoga practice demanding physical activity in the asanas and the ability to control the mind and overcome the fears in everyday life.
Yoga changed the way Stanislava perceived herself and the world around her. Yoga made her more focused, conscious, and guided her to treat her body with more respect and use her energy more effectively.
She started teaching Ashtanga Yoga to enable others to experience the benefits the practice had brought her. She is dedicated to her students and strives to improve their skills by enhancing each individual’s strengths and by helping them overcome their weaknesses.
