Stefan blends hot Barkan Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa systems through the meditative inspiration of Vipassana. He has been teaching classes since 2013, but aspiring to yoga for life, and began practicing asana first in 2007.
Strong smooth moves are developed effortlessly with awareness in the pinnacle & phase of the breath.
Slow purposeful transitions at the point of inspiration and exhalation facilitate a deeply meditative state in his practice.
Looking at balance as a means to deeper concentration and understanding the wider conscious reactions.
Stefan will take your body into new ways of accessing asana with these approaches to respiration and deep anatomical emphasis.
Though he finds the spiritual aspect of yoga personally inviting, he believes you don't have to outwardly present any of this to have a deep experience, because we are all having a divine experience. Therefore his classes focus on the asana, breath and mind, occasionally dashed with spiritual references as more instructional guidance and philosophic reference.
He introduces new poses through strategic sequencing, and there's always another variation perfect for your state.
