I believe in relationship and am a community creator. I love being on my hands and teach a slow, strong style of yoga that is greatly influenced by Vinyasa Flow, Viniyoga, Anusara and Yoga Therapy. I love inspiring others on and off the mat and run a collaborative yoga studio in Calgary, Alberta, through the Mandorla Yoga Institute. Located within the Prema Health clinic in downtown Calgary, the space is as warm and inviting as the teachers I share with.

I specialize in teaching private therapeutic yoga sessions (I am a certified Yoga Therapist and member of IAYT) and offer Registered Massage Therapy, Thai Yoga Massage and Integrated Bodywork. My biggest passion is helping people overcome obstacles and I love making "advanced" poses accessible for my students!

I believe that the power of yoga lies in its ability to help even the most busy people learn how to relax. In a relaxed state, we are more confident, more empowered and more capable at everything that we do. The clarity and focus that I have gained in my practice is something that I love to share.

I offer yoga teacher training, workshops and mentor other teachers. I snowboard in the winter, hike in the summer and enjoy a nice glass of red wine all year long. I am a real person and take my yoga practice very seriously. I am excited to connect with other yoga enthusiasts in the Calgary area, whether you are new to yoga or a teacher yourself!

Wealth of Knowledge Put Into Practice

The extent of knowledge Stefani has in her head amazes me! Where she most excels is applying that incredible intellectual background to practice on the mat. Stefani's passionate style draws from a wide variety of yogic disciplines, and with her understanding of anatomy and yoga therapy techniques, classes with her obtain a depth of quality that is rare. You will enjoy a strong, powerful physical practice combined with pranayama and an awareness of any modification or assist you could possibly need to ensure that your asana practice is enriching, rewarding, and safe for your body.
