Yoga has been a part of my life for over 11 years, and my practice has helped me to stay grounded and continues to inspire me to become a stronger person both mentally and physically. I completed my 200 hour Hatha Yoga training with The Yoga Center of Medford. I will always be a student of the practice and continue to learn and share my passion with others. In my classes you’ll experience a harmonizing balance of postures to meet your body’s needs and stabilize your energy. Each class allows for breathing, stretching, balancing, cardio, and relaxation techniques. I work with all levels and physical limitations.
