Stefano was born in Italy in 1974, moved to Asia in 1998.
He started practicing Yoga in 2008 while living in Shenzhen, under the guidance of Sukesh Rajashekar, student of Yogacharya Venkatesh from Mysore.
In 2009 he took his first TTC under his supervision at Professional Yoga, a studio located in Shenzhen.
In 2010 he took a 3 months TTC at The Yoga Institute Santacruz, in Mumbai; the oldest Yoga school whose teachings are mainly focused on Patanjali Yoga Sutras.

From 2013 he continued his education in Yoga studies at Yoga Vidya Gurukul, in Nashik/India. He attended following courses:
2013 - Advanced Course, based on advanced asana and all cleansing techniques included in Hatha Yoga Pradipika and Gheranda Samhita;
2014 - Therapy course, with basic Ayurvedic and naturopathy learning;
2015 - 2 weeks course on Yoga Psychology, based on Yoga Sutra and Bhagavad Gita philosophy.
As the Indonesian representative of Yoga Vidya Gurukul, in 2016 he took a group of 15 Yoga enthusiast to the First Internationa Festival of Traditional Yoga at Yoga Vidya Gurukul ashram, with other 250 practitioners from different countries.

His previous experiences as trainer of professional teachers are the following:
In 2012 assistant teacher for Wise Living Yoga Academy to conduct and organize a TTC in Bali, for one month.
In 2014 main teacher for a full month TTC in Bali on behalf of Yoga Vidya Gurukul.
He still regaulaarly cooperates with Wise Living Yoga Academy in Chiang Mai, Thailand as their assistant teacher for Advanced courses twice a year, where he teaches asana, pranayama as well as cleansing techniques.
