I grew up with yoga, my father was a yogateacher.
Through the practice of the poses (asanas), breathing techniques, concentration, and relaxation, yoga simultaneously develops and refines body awareness, physical and mental health and stability.
Inspired of my profession as a dancer, Poweryoga, Bikram, Jivamukti and Kundalini yoga, i created my own style of Yogaflow and Yogamassage.
The charater of my yoga class features asanas to progress towards a deeper understanding of your body and mind, to optimize your physicallity or if necessary to help your body to heel injurys and benefit injurys.
