I am a KYTA member (Kundalini Level 1 teacher) E-RYT 200 and RYT 500hr Yoga Alliance, specialising in Pranayama, Meditation techniques, Kundalini, Astanga Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga.
I found yoga in Bermuda 17 years ago and developed my practice gradually around the world. Influential teachers to whom I am hugely grateful are in Bermuda: Michael Watson and in Goa: Sequoia Henning, Scarlett Dee and Mark Ansari — one of the first teachers to bring Astanga directly from Pattabhi Jois to the UK.
Also thanks to Simon Low and Jeff Phenix of triyoga for invaluable advanced teaching advice on anatomy and safety, John Scott and Michael Gannon.
My Aerial Yoga training was with Aerial Steps based in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
The International School of Kundalini Yoga i-SKY was where I gained my level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teaching Certificate with Guru Dharam, Benjahmin Steele, Darryl O’keeffe, Livtar Kaur, Livtar Singh and others.
Constantly researching aspects of anatomy and safe yoga practice, I attend Masterclass teacher training every year. The latest was in Kundalini Yoga with Gurmukhi Khalsa in London.
