Stella Valente

Stella Valente has been teaching yoga for more than 15 years, leading trainings, retreats, and workshops. She teaches classical yoga in the traditions of the great masters of Ashtanga and Iyengar. She takes her background in talk radio in New York City to nationally touring comedienne and offers experiences that are accessible to all – focusing on moment-to-moment consciousness, exploring and sharing the passion of living courageously, and having fun. She is clear, humorous and a compelling teacher. Stella owns Yoga in the Canyons in Los Angeles, and is Certified E-RYT Yogaworks and Synergy Yoga Center. Learn more about Stella at
