Steph has over 500hrs of Power Vinyasa training, primarily with Julia McCabe. She has worked extensively with students with disabilities and has a passion for bringing yoga to everyone no matter their condition. Steph has spent many hours training with physiotherapists to grow her knowledge of anatomy and has also focused her studies on Yoga philosophy, Traditional Chinese Medicine and energy healing. Steph has also trained in Total Barre and Reiki and uses all those tools to deliver a strong, introspective, loving vinyasa class.
