I was first drawn to yoga in the late nineties and have since practiced different yoga traditions, the main focus being on Astanga, Vinyasa and Hatha.
After discovering a hormonal imbalance in my body I grew deeper into my practice and later took a teacher training course (College of Purna yoga London) with one of Aadil Palkhivala's teachers, Drew Stallcop.
Aadil Palkhivala is recognised as one of the greatest leading yoga teachers alive today and is also known as 'the teacher of yoga teachers' after being Iyengar's child prodigy and having studied by his side for 30 years.
This teacher training provided me with a rich and inspiring source of knowledge in all areas of yoga. I started to 'live yoga' rather than 'practice yoga' as a way of healing, transformation and quieting the mind.
I offer Iyengar & Hatha style classes with proper body alignment with a touch of Astanga and some meditation techniques.
My aim is to allow students to feel comfortable, regardless of experience or physical ability and to bring them the huge benefits yoga offers.
Yoga is a holistic practice that benefits and heals body, mind and spirit.
I'm a qualified yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance.
