The practice of yoga has been an integral part of Stephanie’s life since 2008. Her training is in Anusara-inspired Hatha style. Her classes are diverse as she strives to guide her students to the relaxation and sense of empowerment that comes when the body is aligned and supported by its muscle energy, ultimately allowing students to fully open and recognize the unstruck joy that resides in all of us. Teachers that have inspired Stephanie include Karen Claffey, Soni Craik and Christi-An Slomka. When Stephanie is not teaching yoga, she is a non-profit leader committed to bringing about change for a healthy community and environment through programs across Ontario. She is a resident of Mississauga, explorer of natural spaces, backyard veggie gardener and a mom.
