Stephanie is a certified Yoga, Kids Yoga and Aerial Yoga Instructor and is the owner/founder of Eucalipto Yoga Studio in Placencia, Belize. Stephanie started practising Yoga 11 years ago in Guatemala and started to teach after moving to Belize in 2012. Stephanie’s deep passion for yoga infuses every aspect of her life. Her teaching is full of joy, compassion and a genuine desire to help students connect to their own inner peace and limitless potential.
What Stephanie loves most about Yoga is the opportunity to transcend the physical body to find inner light and happiness.
Stephanie offers different Yoga styles including Traditional Hatha, Creative Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Yoga Flow, Kids Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Meditation and Cacao Ceremonies. She offers regular classes at her studio and also private.
Stephanie is also a qualified therapeutical masseuse.
