I received my Yoga Instructor Certification through YogaFit in October 2011, and began teaching that month. I completed the RYT-200 hour requirements through YogaFit Training in September 2013.
I also hold certifications in specialty training's such as Anatomy & Alignment, Yoga for Seniors, YogaKids, YogaBack and YogaSweat. I am pleased to offer one on one instruction in a tranquil setting that offers both privacy and relaxation for my students.
Additionally, I enjoy running and have completed several 5k & 10k's and 3 Half Marathons over the past 10 years. In March of 2011, I began volunteering with Girl Quest at McCulloch Academy and I continue to run with the girls each Spring and Fall.
I have found Yoga to be very effective in managing stress and helping quiet my mind and I enjoy helping others find the same benefits in their Yoga practice.
