Dancing my way through life, and onto the yoga mat. I have over 12 years of teaching experience, from classical ballet to jazz to Pilates to Core Fusion and onto yoga! I received my 200 RYT with the Himalayan Yoga Institute in 2013. Certified in Rajadiraja yoga, emphasizing an asana practice to help regulate the endocrine system. I've since become a student of Cameron Shayne and am a certified teacher of Budokon Yoga; a dynamic and contemporary yoga practice, based in martial arts. My teaching blends all of my movement experience, and will take you into a deeper and more open space within your body. You can expect to flow, lengthen, lift, fly, restore, and find more balance in your practice and in your life.
