Stephanie is a 200 hour certified yoga & medical qigong instructor. She is certified to teach both heated and non-heated yoga. Drawing from a variety of yoga styles, Stephanie provides a safe environment for physical, mental and emotional healing and growth.
She has also obtained additional certification to teach Pelvic Floor Pilates (PFilates) and is Bellies Inc. trained, enabling her to provide pre- and postnatal clients a safe fitness experience during pregnancy and beyond.
She is a busy mom who loves adventures, fresh air, and organizing things. In her previous life, she earned an Honours Bachelor of Science and a Masters in Geographic Information Systems and has worked in environmental consulting and government policy.
Her classes are grounded and accessible to newbies as well as experienced yoga practitioners.
