Stephanie helps others achieve their dreams through a vegan diet and the practice of yoga. She advocates for healing ourselves from the inside out. Very relaxing yoga session with Stephanie

Stephanie came and gave the staff at LAMB PCS a 50 minute yoga class after school. She was warm and friendly with everyone. The first half of the class focused on warming up the body, especially the hips, and the second half focused on deep relaxation. We all felt much more relaxed after!

yoga nidra

I did a yoga nidra practice with stephanie. it was the most relaxing and amazing experience, just as she promised it would be. her voice was soothing and guided me through the experience. i highly recommend this for anyone with a high stress life. it's just what i needed. can't wait to do it again.
