After many years in leading positions in the corporate world, I found what really has meaning in my life – to learn how to trust and to believe in myself. Through Yoga I can share my knowledge, learning about belief-systems and finding new ways to shift life around, encouraging students to take their yoga off the mat and into their lives. I love the physical work yoga asks of me - using my body to dive deep into my breath. Yoga has helped me identifidy how to live my life.
My passion is teaching yoga. My love for yoga grows every day as does the hunger to learn more and more about asana and philosophy. I teach gentle and powerful Vinyasa yoga style, YIN YOGA and I love to bring philosophy with me on the mat.
Using adjustment techniques in my classes, I support students into a better physical understanding of a pose by bringing awareness to the body part straight away, and I also believe there is an energy exchange - “a gentle hand touch can open hearts and emotions”.
I teach in various studios around Melbourne, private and corporate classes. (just to name a few: Pilates on Bourke, Virgin Active, Updog Balaclava, OM YOGA South Yarra, Recreation Hampton, Bentleigh Fitness, Kindred Movement)
