My lifelong passion has been the development of a meaningful health and fitness lifestyle; I believe every single one of us can be brilliant at something.
Across my career I have trained at the highest level to become a personal trainer, choreographer, yoga teacher, and classical ballet dancer. In the last year I have thrown myself into learning everything there is to know about Barre.
Along the way I’ve performed with the likes of Mariah Carey, The Spice Girls and Sting. I’ve danced across the world from The Royal Opera House, to Vienna and Japan having trained with the Urdang Academy of Performing Arts. I’ve trained, Cherie Blair, Emma Bunton and Louie Spence and choreographed Beyoncé, David Beckham, Jennifer Lopez and Usher.
The result is a unique blend, the best of ballet, personal training, football and exercise fused with the meditative strengths of yoga, which has enabled me to become an expert in stretching, flexibility, range of motion for everyday life, breathing and meditation.
I began studying yoga in London and Goa ten years ago with Quantum Yoga’s Lara Baumann, qualifying as a yoga teacher in 2007.
I then continued studying around the world with Sundara, Amy Ipoliti and in London at the Jivimukti Yoga Centre with Cat Alip-Douglas and Stuart Gilchrist as well as being privileged to study with the legendary David Life and Sharon Gannon.
I spent the last 4 years in Scotland practicing Mysore with Sarah Hatcher and Mo Still and practices with Kino MacGregor, Michael Gannon and David Keil, whenever they are in the country.
I teach my own style of a Vinyasa flow yoga class based on the traditional poses of Ashtanga, interlaced with free flowing moves and uplifting music, by artists like Erykah Badu, Marvin Gaye and Bob Marley, designed to control your breathing, reduce stress and help you sleep better at night, whilst creating more energy, strength and flexibility to help you look good, lose weight and feel great
