Stewart teaches an eclectic style of Yoga incorporating elements of Iyengar, Yin, Vinyasa and Restorative style Yoga. His emphasis is on the individual embracing their Yoga within the freedom of their body. Keen features include the integration of breath work and aspects of meditation. He has a BWYQ Diploma in Yoga Teaching (Level 4) qualification since 2011 from the British Wheel of Yoga. His tutors were Terri Hilder and Maureen McCarthy. Since qualification he has completed the Pranayama Module with Philip Xerri in 2013. His classes enable an individual to sequentially develop and nurture their own Yoga. Using down-to-earth and enabling instruction, he encourages his students to connect with their deeper, more subtle strength, and guides them into expanding that strength into calm, powerful movement.
