I am an enthusiastic instructor who is excited to share the gifts of yoga with an emphasis on mindfulness, balance, and alignment. My motivation is to help students experience the mental and emotional grounding that yoga offers as well as the physical benefits of the asana. Whether I’m in the yoga studio, rock climbing, whitewater kayaking, or out for a walk or a run, encouraging others to make healthy and balanced lifestyle choices is something I hope to share with all who are open to it.
I teach an alignment based, breathing paced style of yoga drawing from the Iyengar and Vinyasa traditions. I hope to offer yoga instruction that is authentic, encouraging, and also dude-friendly in hopes of building the brotherhood in my local yoga community.
