Great Teacher

Su Mei is a very calm and patient teacher. She takes the time to help you get into a pose, if you are not quite doing it correctly, and gives lovely mini massages during a lesson. I'd definitely recommend doing one of her classes!

It is always a pleasure to be able to practice with Su Mei. She is attentive, patient, kind and very good at what she does. Because she loves to teach it and is very self-assured, I have always felt an increase in confidence in my own abilities when guided by her. I only wish I could see her more often!

Amazing teacher!

I have had several yoga sessions with Su. She is knowledgeable and patient. She encouraged me and was willing to explain things again and again! She definitely suits all abilities! She is very skilled herself and is able to demonstrate lots of the positions herself. Would definitely recommend her!

Sumei is a very patient and knowlegeable , she just knows what to do. I play ice hockey and she got me into yoga , as a result I am more flexible and move fluidly.

Knowledgeable and experienced, able to manage a class of 12-15, catering to each individual's needs and experience. Great for first-timers.

Su-Mei got me into yoga whilst on holiday, instructing a small group of us in a couple of sessions. I was inspired to continue practicing when I got back to London, and she recommended a great studio to me, which I go to whenever I can.

Very patient teacher, hands on!

Su Mei is a great teacher. I've taken several classes with her and I find that she's good with young and old, new and experienced yoga students. There's no mumbo-jumbo, it is a stretch class+. Her explanations are clear, and she gives gentle adjustments is and very encouraging. What I like best is that at the end of the class she goes round and gives the students a minute or two of mass gang that is a good relaxing way to finish!
