Sue has been teaching yoga for the past 8 years and has earned her E-RYT500 rating from Yoga Alliance. She is was formerly trained and certified in the style of Anusara. With a strong emphasis on alignment, Sue's classes are light hearted but challenging. She also specializes in Gentle and Restorative Yoga. She is the owner of The Woodlands Yoga Studio. Teaching for 8 years. BFA and BAE from The Ohio State University, '73 & '75.
