I’ve practiced yoga on and off for over 15 years while raising my family.
In 2012 I discovered Yin Yoga and fell in love with it. This led me to complete my teacher training in 2013.
Yin has given me a deeper understanding of body awareness and the importance of honouring the fact that every body is different. It’s not how the pose looks, but how it feels! It also teaches us to be still, in body and mind.
