I love yoga and want to pass on my passion. For me yoga has the power to transform and is a great way to manage stress and bring more joy to your life. I trained under the guidance of Swami Atma Gyanam Saraswati at The Yoga tree in Norwich My Hatha yoga classes are friendly and integrative, suitable for beginners and those with more experience. I have been influenced by different styles including the Bhava approach, feeling the emotion and essence of the pose and I explore Kundalini and breath work.
