I began yoga as a means of decompressing my body and mind to allow me to continue in my massage therapy practice. My focus for my students is to discover the way their bodies move and then to explore the possibilities.
A healthy mind and spirit is allowed to blossom when the body is healthy and unstressed. Breath, fluidity, strength and alignment are key components. In creating space within our bodies we allow space for our spirit and mind.
