For the past 7 years, Summer has been exploring yoga as way to ground herself, and reconnect to her body as a mindful athlete. She started practicing bikram in college and has since then devoted herself to vinyasa flow and and more recently a steady Ashtanga practice. Summer's classes combine pranayama with deep juicy flows, strong core work and arm balances. Her warm and inviting attitude welcomes any yogi for a challenging, yet safe flow.
When she’s not teaching yoga, Summer leads a small health coaching practice for private clients and companies. She loves to brew kombucha, her boyfriend’s cooking and their cat Meemo.
