As an instructor and a life-long student of yoga, I believe that yoga is for everyone. The regular practice of asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing) and meditation WILL improve every aspect of your life. Trained through Yoga Alliance affiliate, Yandara Yoga Institute, I am a certified yoga instructor (RYT 200). I am available for both private or group sessions. I specialize in Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Yogalates (yoga/pilates) and yoga for youth. I am available to teach for any individual, school, business, church or other organization.
