Gardening business for 38 years Susan feels a close connection to the earth.
Practicing Hatha Yoga and Nia for over 16 years she trained in Mindfulness Meditation in 2009. Susan loves to travel and learn new things.
Susan was introduced to Kundalini yoga in Niagara by a friend and fell in love with the practice. Sat Akal Kaur, her spiritual name, completed Kundalini Yoga TeacherTraining, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, at PranaShanti Yoga Studio in Ottawa, under Devinder Kaur, in May 2015.
Susan is a member of IKYTA and is 200 hour Yoga Alliance Teacher. She is currently studying to become a Kundalini Yoga Practitioner.
