I founded Stop and Breathe after teaching yoga and meditation for several years. I realized that the breathing/relaxations/visualizations can apply to so many people going through stress, anxiety, & illnesses. I brought this to my local hospital and Cancer Center and provide this to patients going through chemo, or surgical procedures. I now specailze in providing stress reduction workshops on breathing/relaxation to businesses and organizations and also work privately with clients. I am passionate about sharing the benefits of the yogic breathing and meditation techniques with anyone experiencing stress of any kind and to give them tools to incorporate wellness into their lives. I have worked with groups as small as 1 and as large as 700!
