Susan discovered the healing and strengthening benefits of yoga in 1998 as a means of recovery from a knee injury during a tennis tournament. After 18 years of practice and much benefit to her mind, body and spirit, Susan completed a 200 level hour Teacher Training program at Yoga on High.
Susan has worked professionally as an executive recruiter, helping others find and enhance their career path and brings this same passion to the mat as she enjoys helping students discover their personal yoga path. With a focus on “Yoga for Healthy Living & Aging Gracefully", her desire is to share the benefits of yoga and make yoga accessible to students of all ages and backgrounds.
She offers a safe, supported environment with her alignment-based Vinyasa style that aims to build strength and flexibility. She offers many modifications in her classes to nuture and challenge her students. Susan continues to deepen her knowledge and practice through workshops as she is committed to lifelong learning.
Susan lives in Upper Arlington and enjoys spending time with her husband and four grown children and enjoys biking, traveling and taking watercolor classes.
