I provide a focus on listening to your body wisdom and intuition. By inviting students into the flow and energetics of the yoga postures, we find those which promote sustainability and longevity in each person. My classes include visualization, asana, breath exercises, a focus on proper alignment, bandha activation, supportive yoga props, and a grounding of intention. I encourage students to intuitively access and listen to their “teacher within” while honoring ahimsa, bringing you a safe, compassionate, non-harming practice.
