Traditional classical Yoga of the Himalayas based on Patanjalis Yoga Sutras. Besides asana or postures, which is really a small part of yoga, we also cover raja yoga, pranayams, mantra meditation and Yoga Philosophy.

My goal is that the ancient teachings of self-awareness through Yoga meditation be presented in simple, understandable and beneficial ways, while not compromising depth, that systematically lead one to the highest Realization of the center of consciousness as guided by the sages of the Himalayas.

The goal of sadhana or practices is the highest Joy that comes from the Realization in direct experience of the center of consciousness, the Self, the Atman or Purusha, which is one and the same with the Absolute Reality

Yes, the health benefits are very real. Yes, yoga can increase your flexibility, improve your balance, etc etc And the body of research on how yoga improves health keeps growing.

But in our hearts a few of us come to the realization that yoga is so much more than this.
