I am a Registered Nurse and Midwife.
I started practicing yoga 15 years ago. Attended weekly classes for a few years, then started practising more frequently and realised the benefits of daily practice. It changed my life. So much so, that I wanted to teach other people the lasting benefits of yoga practice.
2009: I completed a yoga teacher's diploma.
2012: I completed a certificate in pre and post natal yoga.
I have a special interest in Yoga Therapy, which I am studying and practicing now.
Currently teaching three classes a week in a studio in a quiet bushland setting.
