Over 15 years ago, Susan was living the life she always dreamed of. Yet, she felt something was missing. She realized that beyond her family, she completely lost sight of what her passions where. Disconnected from her own heart and soul, Susan set out on an inner journey to reconnect with the deepest part of herself. This led to her spiritual awakening, a time of deep inner work, healing and eventually to her love for yoga.
Growing up, through her teens, she took ballet, jazz and tap for several years. Susan started practicing yoga over 10 years ago and it has become an integral part of her life. She has found Yoga to be unlike anything else she has ever done and loves the balancing effect that it has on the mind, body and spirit.
In October of 2012, she completed the 200-hour Hatha yoga teacher training (taught by Wendy O'Lenic, owner of Wendy Fit Yoga and Pilates Studio in Palm Harbor, FL). Now she enjoys teaching Gentle Hatha Yoga in groups and privately to support others in deepening their personal yoga practice.
One of Susan's greatest passions is helping others to re-connect with their heart and soul so they too may feel more deeply, the love and peace that resides within and live more fully, from this place. Yoga is a great vehicle for this!
