I have spent most of my adult life being a Wife and a Mom and caring for my husband and four children. We've always been an active family into sports and fitness.
Once my children got older and as I approached my mid 40s, I started searching for more meaning in my life. It was then that I started meditating and practicing yoga.
It wasn't until there had been some major upheaval in the health and wellness of myself and my family that I truly found the benefits of yoga mentally and spiritually. As I became more dedicated to my practice, I felt compelled to share the joy of yoga with others.
With the encouragement of friends and family, I took my Teacher Training with YogaFit Training Systems Int. and received my 200hr RYT in August of 2013.
My intention is to continue to learn and be able to share that knowledge with any and all who want to receive it.
