Susan has been teaching yoga for the last 25 years. Her classes were mainly in London, before she opened a Yoga Studio in South Sinai, Egypt. Her experience is with students aged from 8 - 80 years of age and her teaching is a strongly Iyengar influenced Hatha Yoga. Susan also teaches Pranayama, Meditation, Restorative Yoga & Chi-ball. Classes and retreats throughout most of the year in Egypt, a retreat in Tuscany early September. One to one sessions in London bookable June to September. Susan is a Reiki master and gives women's massage & well-being treatments including fabulous "Face the World Facials".

My aim is to help students find the way of doing yoga asana & meditation that is right for them. When to be more active and how to slow down, releasing and opening the body and letting go. I often encourage the use of yoga props, in order that good alignment is maintained and the full benefit of the asana experienced. The result of this practice is a greater sense of balance, better relaxation and a lightness that follows on from a joyous participation in Yoga."
