I began practicing yoga regularly in 2002 as a way of healing and rediscovery. I was looking for a way to balance my crazy schedule, find time for myself, all while working and raising a family. My yoga practice rapidly grew into a passion and a desire to share the benefits of yoga with everyone. I completed my RYT-200 in 2011 and I’m a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. My experience includes an alignment-based background in traditional practices, which focuses on the many healing benefits of yoga.
My open classes are easy for newcomers to follow, while at the same time allowing room for the more experienced yogi to grow.
