Susan Rosati is a certified Level 2 Kudalini Yoga teacher. Beginning with Iyengar and Ashtanga Hatha Raga Yoga, Susan has practiced for 37 years. But she fell in love with Kundalini Yoga 10 years ago because of its distinctive ability to empower the true magic of self-healing by connecting body, mind and spirit. Susan received her Teacher Training (Level 2 in India) under the guidance of the preeminent Kundalini teacher, Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa, who studied at the feet of Yogi Bhajan. Susan’s certification as a practicing massage therapist also gives her a unique understanding of the anatomical benefits of Kundalini Yoga. For each Kundalini Yoga class, Susan carefully selects a kriya that is appropriate to the needs of her students. Students are taught to listen to their bodies and work at their own pace so that all can benefit — body, mind and spirit — regardless of age or skill level. Susan’s classes focus particularly on the importance of the breath as the facilitator of movement, and on the integration of the vibration of sound through mantra and music.
