Yoga is my life. It is a practice I try to incorporate into every aspect of my being, into every moment of the day to become ever more aware of who I truly am. It helps me to step out of life's dramas to see my role, my responses and my thoughts more clearly. It keeps me flexible in body and mind and helps move the flow of energy through my body. It provides me with the tools to re-balance when I get sucked into the mind and its dramas again and again. It gives me physical strength and keeps my aging body mobile and supple. Every time I think I have mastered something, that something opens up and reveals a whole new level of goodness to explore. I love sharing this awesome practice!
