I came to yoga 15years ago when i had some back pain and later knee pain and loved the way it made by body more impotantly i enjoyed the sense of calm and connectedness. I have also been a therapist for over 20years and believe that words alone can not heal, that it is important for us to connect the energies of our bodies, mind ,emotion and spirit.
This lead me to studying yoga and i have now also completed IREST Yoga Nidra level 2
I have also studied children's yoga and completed the Zenergy Mastery Course.
I teach community yoga and at times relieve other teachers provide work place yoga and individual sessions, but I truly enjoy the opportunities to bring together yoga ,art and therapy - helping people to connect to themselves and the people around them in a way that respects their relationships and brings them joy

Great experience

Enjoy the class Susanah is easy going She appreciates everyone is on a different level. She adjusts your pose if needed. Makes you feel welcome

Susannah can adapt the class to suit the needs of the participants. She varies the routine & always explains the benefits of different poses. I really appreciate the fact that she comes around to participants throughout the class to correct any issues with poses & she also demonstrates different levels of the pose. She is the best yoga teacher i have had in about 20 years of yoga & i really feel she gets & demonstrates the mind body thing of yoga.

Suzannah Frosts Yoga

I have attended Susannahs yoga class for 3 consecutive weeks. I like the way Susannahs explains what I need to do in the different postures and how to use my breath.....softly, gently, mindfully. I like the way she accommodates for my limitations. My body enjoys the stretching, my spirit and mind drop deeper into my body, and by the time we relax and meditate at the end I feel relaxed calm and energised to go about my day.
