I first discovered yoga in 2003. After exploring various styles including Hatha, Vinyasa Flow and Iyengar yoga, I decided to train as a teacher in the hope of sharing with others the many benefits of a regular practice I had discovered along the way.
Travelling to the birthplace of yoga to undertake my training, I studied with Noah McKenna in Mysore, India.
I embrace the therapeutic value of yoga and am passionate about making it a practice open to everyone. I have a long-standing fascination with human anatomy and kinesiology and continue to study and marvel at the miracle of the human body. I also harbor a passion for embracing mindfulness in everyday life and believe that a holistic approach to mind-body health is an essential part of achieving true wellbeing.
My teaching style combines fluid and meditative sequencing combined with mindful and precise movement.
