I want my yoga to be fun & breathtaking! Breathing is the key in my classes and I want every single person in my class to be one with themselves, to be in the moment and to be aware of how their own body feels in different yogapositions. I also teach them to welcome challenging poses and meet their fear. When you embrace your body and have faith in it´s possibilities, you can transform that into your mind and use that knowledge in mental difficulties. Yoga is for everyone to have in their everyday life! /Namaste
