Sushiila Leal is a yoga teacher since 2003, and Iyengar yoga teacher certified by Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (Pune, India) at level Intermediate Junior II. She graduated in Business Administration from Universidade Paulista since 1999.
Besides the regular classes in Nirvana(Gavea), Iyenga yoga center of Rio de Janeiro(Humaita) e Ananda Marga center(Copacabana) all places in Rio de Janeiro city. She conducts workshops and retreats as a way to bring more depth to the knowledge and practices of their students.
