“I would like to humbly honor my teachers starting with my mom who introduced me to yoga when I was just 14 years old, She continues to practice yoga to this day and her dedication is an inspiration to me. A deep bow to Swami Rama and all the teachers at the Himalayan Institute. Also to Rolf Sovik, Nischala Devi, Amy Matthews and many more who have been a light for me and so many students who are trying to understand themselves. Finally to all those teachers and students whose practice, dedication and love carry the great teachings of yoga forward, I am honored to walk this path by your side”
