I have certifications as a 200 hr Kripalu yoga Teacher and YogaEd teacher. I am finishing my 500hr/yoga Therapy certification with Ananda Seva Mission Center and teacher in training for iRest yoga nidra. I have been practicing since 1996 and teaching for 4 years. I have developed my own chair yoga detox program. I teach gentle yoga, yoga flow and chair yoga.
