Suzanna Spring is a Yoga Alliance certified E-RYT (Experience Registered Yoga Teacher) and currently teaches yoga and meditation at Dragonfly Yoga + Wellness LLC in the east Bay. Her background includes study of Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga, and she holds a certification in PranaFlow yoga from Shiva Rea's Samudra School, in addition to certification in yin yoga. Suzanna has completed initiation into Neelakantha meditation with tantric scholar Paul Muller Ortega, and continues to study with Shiva Rea, with Tias Little, and with Annie Carpenter. Her yin and restorative classes are informed by the work of Paul Grilley, Sarah Powers and Dina Amsterdam. Suzanna has taught in the Polytrauma Unit at the VA-PAHCS and has organized yoga classes for veterans in the Tri-Valley area through her nonprofit, WarriorsOne Alliance. Suzanna is a member of IAYT (International Association of Yoga Therapists), trains yoga instructors in a 200-hour program in Livermore, and leads retreats nationally and internationally.
