Have been teaching yoga, meditation, and pranayama (breathing technique) for 24 years. My teaching is based on traditional, classical hatha yoga. Many students have enjoyed my classes because I show people how to stop pushing and comparing themselves to others as they practice. I have taught people with MS, cancer, disabled, and elderly as well as children aged 4 and up. Most of my teaching has been either in health clubs, private residential building clubs, and in private homes. What makes me happiest is when a student says to me, "Suzanne, practicing yoga with you has saved/changed my life." It changed mine, too.
