"I have been studying yoga for 20 years and have come to the realisation that yoga is simply a method of becoming more present in our lives. My class is both gentle and dynamic at the same time. It is not prescribing a list of how we can improve ourselves, as to me, yoga is immediate, it is not a long , movement and senses connect, and you are there. It is about having a tool to find a way to meet the challenges in our daily lives. It is about doing something that makes us feel better and face what comes our has it's own magical transformation that does not need to be IS FOR EVERYBODY!"
