Suzanne classically trained in Hatha Yoga with Elaine Knight for 18 years. She has had the good fortune to study Kundalini Yoga with Gloria Latham, Yoga Anatomy with Leslie Kaminoff, Yoga for Runners with C. Finstead and focus on back issues with Rodney Yee. She brings this "big city training" back to the village and is happy to share the benefits of yoga with you.
Suzanne's MONDAY MORNING class begins on the mat with breathing, neck awakening and hip and shoulder opening. The practice will flow into strengthening, standing and balancing postures and return to the mat for gentle core activity ending in relaxation. This one hour class will take you into your body to stretch and strengthen at a pace that works for you and progresses with each class you attend.
